Here at Elite Graffix we only charge for updates and maintenance per request! So if you don't need updates/maintenance you dont pay! We never charge monthly bills for our services. All of our services are offered as one time pre-payments. This way, our customers have the comfort of knowing they will not incur any surprise charges.

We offer very affordable update/maintenance for websites billed at only $20/hr and we work fast!

Elite Graffix Updating & Maintenance process:

• Clients must login to our website www.elitegraffix.com with there username and password (case sensitive).
• Follow Links to our Online Support System. (Links are available once successfully logged in, also located at the very top of the page in the Client Panel)
• Submit a detailed Update/Maintenance request ticket using our Online Support System.
• We reply with the price for the update request along with payment instructions.
• Client pays for their update request. (We accept Credit Card Payments)
• We reply with a payment received confirmation to the client once payment is cleared.
• If needed, we request the client to send us files associated with their update request ticket.  (Send files, images, documents to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) To send very large files you can use Send Space. For the recipients address enter This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
• Client submits to us files needed to complete their update. (Small files can be attached to your update request ticket)
• We will reply to the client confirming all files have been received needed to complete their request.
• We notify the client that their update request will be completed within 3-5 business days from this point! Unless Same Day or Next Day rush services are selected during the clients request.

We also offer next day updating and maintenance service, along with same day updating service at an additional cost to be determined by the complexity of the requested update! Payment must be pre-paid and cleared immediately for next day and same day update/maintenance request!

We have integrated a new online support system for clients to use for detailed update/maintenance request. Once a client request an update in our support system, we will respond with the price for the update along with payment instructions. Once payment is received, we will follow our previous response with a payment received confirmation along with requesting any files needed for the update (Our Support System allows file transfers!) Once all files are received, we will reply to the client in our support system confirming all files are received and notify them that their update request will be completed within 3-5 business days from this point!
